How do I book a laundry pickup?
Book online through our booking page. Choose your pickup day, enter your address, and confirm. No phone calls needed. We pick up on Sundays and Wednesdays.
What size bag do I need?
Please use a standard 13-gallon drawstring bag. These are available at most grocery and dollar stores.
When do I need to leave my bag out?
Please have your bag at your door by 5 PM on your pickup day. Your clean folded laundry will be returned within 1-2 days.
What detergent do you use?
We use fragrance free unscented detergent on every order, which is ideal for sensitive skin. If you prefer a specific detergent just leave it with your bag and we will use it instead.
Do you offer senior or military discounts?
Yes. We offer a discounted rate of $35 per bag for adults 55 and older and for active military and veterans. Select your rate when booking online.
What about delicate items?
Just leave a note with your bag letting us know which items are delicate and we will wash them on a gentle cycle at no extra charge.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Email us at hellolaundryrun@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and we will take care of it.
What is the Dash Pass membership?
The Dash Pass is our weekly membership program starting at $140 per month. Members get priority pickup days, a custom branded laundry bag, and guaranteed weekly service. Cancel anytime.
